When I moved, I found a big cardboard box of old rehab gadgets in a closet: old braces, special shoes, splints that I don’t need anymore, light weights, toys for a kid that I used to strengthen my hand. I had forgotten the box because rehab takes so long.

I still come across rehab gadgets/equipment in my home and I’m 6 years out. I feel good to not be using them any more!

My 18 month old grandson recently found my box of “toys”. He bit chunks out of all of the foam squeeze balls, including one that was brain shaped. I am 4 years out. .. that is 2 grandchildren ago.
