Aphasia is an impairment of language and communication. I had it severely right after my stroke.

Phone Call

My words after my stroke were very odd. At the hospital, I meant to say "phone call." I said "fingernail."

Some parents carry around their kids in bjorny-slingy-papoosy things.

A couple of years ago I worked with my Occupational Therapist and a machine for my hand and finger function.

Strokes have fallen to 5th leading cause of death in the US, down from 4th.
